I Sent You

In the heart of everyone dwells a miracle, waiting to reveal itself to the world. Each day, each moment, you have the power. The miracle, the power, is love.

 The enlightened spiritual teacher Buddha (623-543 B.C.) said, "Happiness comes when your work and words are of benefit to yourself and others."

 Love is the secret to creativity. Artist Marc Chagall created works of spiritual richness and said, "Everything can and will be transformed in life and art if we speak the word love without shame... in it lies the art."

 Loving God, loving yourself, and loving your neighbor are the keys to life's happiness. When you help another with love, you are helped, too.

 "Love was meant to be also a sign, a symbol, a messenger, a telltale of the Divine," explained Fulton Sheen. "Love is a messenger from God saying that every human affection and every ecstasy of love are sparks from the great flame of love that is God."

 Love. As simple as that.

 "No language, but the language of the heart," said poet Alexander Pope.

 Don't be afraid. Bring love to any situation you are in and watch the miracles grow. Follow your heart. Believe in the power of love.
The power is YOU.

Michener American novelist and short story writer James Albert Michener (1907–1997) was born on this day in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.  Abandoned by his parents, he grew up struggling with poverty and credits his foster mother for fostering his love of books.
